OCHLC provides the user friendly online "Certification" process leading you to a Certificate of Completion meeting the State of Oregon statutory requirements. You can watch our safety class video from the convenience of your own home.

We provide both on-line and off-line Oregon License Classes. Off-line classes are taught as a regular part of our curriculum. They are open to the general paying public who meet the requirements for obtaining a concealed handgun license in Oregon. The applicant has to be 21 years of age to get an Oregon Handgun License.
